It's hard to believe that it has already been a year since we first opened our doors to the fun-loving Farringdon faithful! Since last summer Tuned has established a reputation for throwing a fabulous party with a spot on music policy and a crowd that can be counted on to give it all up, right down to the very last ‘One More Tune’!
That’s right, Tuned is celebrating its FIRST BIRTHDAY on July 14th!
This month, to help us celebrate this landmark occasion, our reliable residents will warm up the floor for our three very different special guests.
Rodrigo Espinosa
As this evening’s party coincides with the French National Day, it’s fitting that we have a Parisian guest. Rodrigo Espinosa has already shown us why he is known for floor-filling house beats, when he wowed the crowd in our upstairs bar in June, but this month he will be taking pole-position in the Main Room, promising us more of a dirtier electro sound, but always focusing on the funk.
Ben Hoo
Under his 'Raiko Matta' moniker, Ben has recently been afforded critical acclaim for his recent release, the ‘Night EP’. Tonight we are pleased to have him showcase his hypnotic mix of serious, sinister prog, minimal & tech-house grooves.
Leigh Brooks
Now promoting Spunky Cheeba's infamous beach parties on the South Bank, Leigh has been on the scene for 10 years playing all styles and releasing tunes on Choci's Cannon Records and Bang-On Records. Now making music for Guy Richie and DODGY Steven Seagal movies, Leigh will be injecting something raucous for our birthday!
Upstairs we will be treated to some funky, eclectic, you-name-it beats by DJL who will be followed by Danny Stamp, our resident Abletonist taking things up a notch.
This month the floor will be bouncing with plenty of Birthday spirit and the friendly, familiar faces that make Tuned so much more of a party than just a clubnight!
