| Background: | Vickie Parker is an event photographer, specialising in nightclubs, concerts, performances and festivals, she also works on fashion shows and products launches. Vickie has covered nights in many of Londonʼs top clubs including The End, matter, Fabric, Ministry of Sound, Hidden, Pacha, seOne, Koko and the Brixton Academy.
Originally from Australia, Vickie began her career creating photographic artworks for a
number of galleries and festivals, including Tropfest and the Art Gallery of New South
Wales. Since then, sheʼs also worked in marketing and advertising, television and video production, as well as teaching a range of audio, video, photographic and multi-Media production courses.
Vickie is currently a resident photographer Shake It!, fabric, matter and previously The End. Vickie has also covered corporate events for Red Bull. Photographs by Vickieʼs have been published in magazines and papers such as Time Out, The Times, DJmag, Mixmag, Knowledge, and IDJ. Her work is also published on websites such as dontstayin, Pulse Radio and Resident Advisor.
Other promotions covered include Cocoon, EDC, Creamfields, Hospitality, Ram Records, Laurent Garnier Live, Buzzinʼ Fly, Circo Loco, The Players Border Community , DJ Marky, Bugged Out, Lost Souls, Shiva, The Gallery. Vickie Has also photographed artists such as La Roux, Sneaky Sound System, The Editors, Infected Mushroom and Astrix. Vickie also provides cover for vision7media at Kinky Malinki & Pukka Up events.
